Just a reminder that Ruane Wines Cellar Door will be open on Sunday March 20th from 11am. Your hosts John and Marilyn Baxter are lovely people and enjoy their monthly 'date' with the district. Their thoroughbred horse stud is one of the prettiest properties in Macarthur and well worth a visit, despite the peripheral attraction... you know, the wine! Created by local Chris Niccol, a Roseworthy Graduate Winemaker, Ruane Wines are very easy drinking and very reasonably priced. Maybe throw in lunch at Camden Valley Inn or the Horse & Jockey Inn for a great Sunday in Macarthur.
