Blue Agave Mexican

Chad and I were amongst the first to try Blue Agave Mexican Cantina at Gregory Hills. We didn't eat a lot (hey it's only lunch) but what we had was awesome. We ordered the Chef’s Tasting Plate - Fire Jalapeño Poppers, Elote, Shredded Chicken Taquitos, Shredded Beef Chimchanga. Every last morsel was beautiful and then we were tempted by a Mexican traditional cake for dessert. Order Patel De Tres Leches it is sensational. Our waitress is part South American so she could pronounce the name of this dessert perfectly - I could not. The restaurant is regularly booked out - you better book. YUM!
