In Macarthur Magazine

Over the weekend, Kirsty and I attended Eumeralla, a wonderful dining event at PlantBank Australia in the The Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan. Five superb dishes with a native Australian theme were presented before us in the sophisticated setting. We dined on pippies, crocodile, kangaroo, garfish and stacks of brilliant, exotic condiments. Congratulations The Chef and I Catering and their excellent staff for a superlative evening in one of the country's most important scientific buildings.
