In Macarthur Magazine

Four of us recently dined at Salute Trattoria, Camden. I hadn't been for a while and nothing has changed, still absolutely lovely food and service. The large Hill Street restaurant was about half full on aTuesday night. Owner Jessica told me it had been busy right through the holiday period. From what I have heard around the market, Salute Trattoria is defying the trend. That's a very good sign :)
