I visited Cedar Creek Orchard Thirlmere recently to meet with the Silm family's youngest, Nathan, creator of the new Cedar Creek Cider. Nathan gave us a sneaky taste of the new 5000 litre batch which will be ready for drinking late January. It's YUM!
