This is a tragedy. The Hermitage Restaurant was a trail blazer for stylish modern cuisine in our district - a game changer. Over 20 years 'in Macarthur' magazine and The Hermitage grew up together, setting benchmarks for others to follow. Our dining landscape will never be the same again. So many good times and wonderful memories. Good luck to John, Chiler, Max and the staff. I hope you all get to relax a little during this current situation. The Hermitage Restaurant will repopen after this health crisis with new food and a new Chef.
