Enzo Restaurant is still winning awards 22 years after opening in John Street Camden. The iconic restaurant recently picked up the Restaurant & Catering Association Best Italian Restaurant for the South Coast Region. You would expect the energy it takes to win awards would wane. Restaurant Manager Thierry told me he and Chef Paolo use these awards as a barometer of their business' enthusiasm and quality. "It his hard to assess from within the business so these external awards tell us that we are still doing well," he said. "We are not perfect, but we are always trying hard to be be better."
