I attended Campbelltown Council's New Year's Eve celebrations 2 years ago. It is excellent family fun. Secure, alcohol free, great music, heaps of entertainment and amazing fireworks. Headlining Campbelltown City Council’s huge night of free entertainment from 7pm will be tribute bands, The Eagles Show and ABBA’s Back, capturing the essence of two of the world’s most popular bands of the 70s and 80s. Residents will be able to rock along to the timeless classics of The Eagles, and enjoy an authentic ABBA experience as they count down to the New Year. The Langifisi Sisters and Magic to the Max will also keep the crowd entertained, and 2010 will be brought in with a bang with spectacular fireworks displays at 9pm and midnight.
