Intro from the Editor David Everett

Autumn is my favourite season and it didn't disappoint in 2017. What a stunner! Now it's winter and in this edition we have solutions to your woes. I have presented five amazing winter soups from local cafes and Dean Williamson offers three outstanding indoor activities that you don't know about. We have stacks of warm and cosy reviews of recent events and on page 30, a treat for those of you who actually love it cold - real cold!

How good is this photo of Hans of Campbelltown Arts Centre Cafe? Our photographer Kylie Lyons, had one of those 3am ideas that creatives do. It is great to be surrounded by so many enthusiastic and talented people.

I hope you enjoy this winter edition. I think it's a beauty!

Oh yeah, unless the article has a byline, it's by me :)

You and three of your friends can enjoy Chef Dylan Degbie’s cool and casual menu at Squeeze & Grind Camden. This funky little cafe/bar, looks like it should be on the beachside somewhere. The food is great and the atmosphere is right on point Click Here to enter
