Just weeks after coming under the management of Campbelltown Catholic Club, improvements are already noticeable at Campbelltown Golf Club. I played a round of golf there last Sunday and stayed for a few drinks afterwards. A but hungry, I ordered Calamari Rings from the bistro... Wow! They were awesome! This may sond like a bit of overstatement... It's a just a snack style dish - but the calamari was beautiful, the crumbs were obviously done in-house and added so much to the poor little unfortunate sea critter. On top of all that, the simple dish was cooked to perfection. Get to the boutique little club in Glen Alpine, order a drink and a plate of calamari rings.... enjoy!
