Another book with a similar intent is released annually and I am a fan. The book is Toni Peterson's 'Wine What to Drink'. Initially trained as a scientist, Toni quickly made the change to winemaking after studying for a Masters in Oenology. I picked up the 2008 edition cheap at Borders Books. I flicked through the book and saw many, many wines I had already discovered myself. "If Toni agrees with those ones, her other choices must be good too." What an ego hey? This is an outstanding list of great value wines. NOTE: Buy these wines at Dan Murphy's and you will pay less than the prices quoted.
