In Macarthur Magazine

Macarthur has a number of excellent Thai restaurants. Saam Thai in Dumaresq Street, Campbelltown is up there. I dropped in the other night for a take-away. I ordered a Chicken Basil and went back to my car to get Saam some magazines for the counter. When I returned my meal was waiting for me. This kitchen is unbelievably quick. The dish was excellent too, squeaky beans and all. NOTE Thai Basil can be a very hot dish so make sure you let any Thai restaurant know how hot you want it. A glass (or two) of Tim Adams Clare Valley Riesling... Yummo. A nice night in front of the tele.
