In Macarthur Magazine

Just had a very nice lunch at Rydges Campbelltown's restaurant Infusion. You will read about it in Winter. It was my seasonal meeting with the Guru. We both had charred Tasmanian salmon, nicoise salad, lime beurre blanc. Pete had appointments later in the afternoon so no wine for him. Me? Of course! I had a glass (or two) of Shaw & Smith Sauv Blanc. Yummo! Everything was beautiful. The staff were excellent and the Chef even came out to chat (doesn't that happen to you?). A very nice lunch at a beautiful venue. Keep it up your sleeve for a business lunch or girls' special catch up lunch.
