I told you about this one in the Winter edition and you responded. Olives first Degustation Dinner on Wednesday night was a huge success - on all counts. The two rooms were packed, the food was awesome and there were smiles all 'round. The wines for the evening were matched to the dishes by Hunter Valley vineyard Meerea Park. The food by Simon Stoker and his energetic team was spectacular! This modern style of food is rare in Macarthur and the quality was of city standards. Olives will be holding another such event in Spring... Ring them now to book. I don't think i will be able to stay away.
