Last time I went up to Burragorang Lookout it was a sad and sorry sight as drought was gripping our area. As this recent photo by Owen Everett show's the view is now spectacular. If you ever have visitors from out of the area and you want to take them for a scenic drive, Burragorang Lookout is a highly recommended destination.

Now a State Recreation Area with lookouts, picnic areas, BBQs and bush trails this scenic spot looks over the famous Burragorang Valley - once a rich farming and mining area, haunt of bushrangers and now home to a spectacular lake. Open seven days - 10.00am to 5.00pm.
