I dined with my kids at Salute Trattoria in Camden on Friday night. The simple little Italian is one the district's foodie secrets. The classic Italian cooking is exceptional. I have had some of the best pasta dishes ever at this restaurant. Friday night I had Seafood Risotto - absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is undergoing a facelift currently - but if  food means more to you than stylish surroundings and atmosphere anyway - make sure you try Salute.
