The Hermitage - our best?

After about ten years of operation, The Hermitage Restaurant at Leumeah is still one of the very best in Macarthur. I dined there last night with my friend, The Hermitage owner, Cliff Barry. The kitchen run by John Nazim consistently produces exquisite modern cuisine. The atmosphere and the level of service is also second to none. Pictured is Crispy Fried Sea Scallops with wilted English spinach, imported Spanish chorizo and plum puree which is on the current menu. Last night, everything was - as usual - spectacular.
