In Macarthur Magazine

Just before Christmas my friend Jessie and I caught up for a not-so-traditional Christmas dinner at Saam Thai. When Jessie and I eat out we love to order a few entrees to share so we get to try lots of different dishes. This particular night we shared Summer Rolls, Satay Chicken Sticks, Spring Rolls and Thai Fish Cakes. Everthing was delicious, but the Summer Rolls were a highlight for me. After dinner we opened the Christmas gifts we'd bought for each other and then walked down to Cold Rock for dessert. Perfect!
