If you love the healthy, tasty, freshness of a quality salad, I have an unlikely dining tip for you. I had lunch at Harrington Grove Country Club's beautiful restaurant Harrington's during the week. I had an entree and shared two salads with Events Manager Lisa Luff. The salads were perfect as we sipped wine on the grand balcony. We had Tiger Prawns, Mango and Avocado Salad with Caramelised Mango and White Balsamic Vinaigrette and the extraordinary Summer Salad - Baby Beans, Mint, Strawberries, Persian fetta, Pistachios and Raspberry Vinaigrette… Wow!!! No seriously... Wow!!!
